User Fulfilment Specialist

We're looking for a User Fulfilment Specialist to maintain the seamless functionality of our IT services and make a significant contribution to our organisation's success.

The Role

As a User Fulfilment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the prompt execution of administrative duties, aiding both the team's and the firm's overall success by facilitating efficient user fulfilment and on-boarding processes. To deliver comprehensive service to our internal clients, each team member is expected to be present in our Nottingham office for at least three days each week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the People Services and Recruitment teams to ensure the successful onboarding and offboarding of all new joiners and leavers, including the creation and removal of all user accounts and devices across the firm.

  • Managing the User Fulfilment team’s ticket queue, handling incoming requests in a timely and professional manner, whilst delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and a courteous approach throughout the fulfilment process.
