Live Operations User Operations Manager
Leveraging Data to Grow TikTok LIVE in the UK
The LIVE Operations team is thrilled to build a scalable, high-performance LIVE ecosystem by fostering innovation, monetisation, and community growth. We’re partnering closely with creators, agencies, and partners to sustain long-term expansion.
*We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven User Operations Manager, based in the UK, to scale user growth, engagement, and monetisation through evidence-based strategy.
### Why this Role Matters
As a key member of the LIVE team, you’ll shape end-to-end user growth strategies—focused on acquisition, retention, and monetisation—by turning data into impactful action. Your insights will influence everything from user segmentation to gifting incentives, ensuring TikTok LIVE delivers maximum value.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition, retention, and monetisation through user-centric strategies and data-driven campaigns
- Analyse user behavior ((video viewing, gifting, conversions) and derive actionable strategic & tactical recommendations
- Define and refine user segmentation & lifecycle programs to optimise engagement and retention
- Design ** Squadron activation programs, gifting incentives, and user campaign pilots**, testing and iterating based on performance
- Lead A/B testing across channels (e.g. creator onboarding programmes, on-platform promotions)
- Partnerships with expert teams: Live, Creator, Product & Data to ensure alignment and maximum growth impact

### Experiences & Skills Expected
Minimum Requirements
✅ Proven background in User Growth, User Operations, Data Strategy, or Insights (or adjacent roles) ✅ Strong analytical skills & proficient in: SQL, advanced Excel + industry tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) ✅ Experience with: user funnel analysis, experimentation, and growth metrics (e.g. LTV, CPA, CAC) ✅ Action-oriented approach – turning insights into ** Impact fast** by working collaboratively with teams ✅ Fluid oral & written communication in English to engage UK-based stakeholders & TL workforce
Preferred Desirables
🔹 Past experience in live streaming, social, or creator platform ecosystems 🔹 Familiarity with challengers in monetisation, especially gifting, subscriptions, and peril-sharing revenue models
