Seeking a User Interface Designer
Seeking a User Interface Designer to craft clean, modern, and conversion-focused landing pages for English-speaking markets. This role emphasizes mobile-first design, responsive desktop layouts, and a strong focus on accessibility and clear typography. You will work closely with detailed briefs, finalized copy, and visual direction to deliver calm, trustworthy visuals that avoid generic startup aesthetics. Experience with English-language or Western-market projects is highly valued, as is the ability to organize Figma files for seamless developer handoff. While experience with Next.js and Vercel is a plus, it is not required. Selected candidates will complete a paid test assignment designing a one-page mobile app landing page, including two hero variants for A/B testing. Successful completion may lead to a permanent in-house position with a steady flow of tasks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
