This role focuses on our B2B and B2B2C ecosystem, building a deep understanding of our Partners (Estate Agents) within a complex marketplace. You’ll shape product strategy through strategic and tactical research, embed insight into the product development process, and ensure Partner and consumer needs are represented clearly in decision-making across the organisation.

  • Align research efforts with strategic business objectives and key results, and uncover insights for continuous improvement across the user experience.
  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Lead generative discovery research and evaluative research for optimisation.
  • Develop and evolve research systems including UX metrics, segmentations, templates, and accessibility standards.
  • Strengthen recruitment processes and panel management for diverse participation.
  • Maintain and evolve the research & insights repository.
  • Triangulate insights with Data and Analytics, Market Research, Customer Experience, and Sales.
  • Deliver compelling and accessible storytelling of research insights.
  • Mentor Product Designers and cross-functional partners in user research.
  • Champion inclusive and accessible design practices.
  • Collaborate with User Researchers to elevate research standards across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
