We’re hiring a User Researcher with a consulting business on a public-sector discovery project. To be considered for the role you will need full right to work in the UK and previous User Research experience within government (including your most recent engagement).

Essential experience:

- Has worked within multi-functional agile teams within government previously, collaborating closely with Product Managers & Interaction Designers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable planning, conducting and synthesizing results from a wide range of user research methods, both to discover and evaluate.
- Has worked with a wide range of stakeholders, gathering and analyzing feedback — survey data, support ticket data, ad-hoc feedback from stakeholder discussions, structured feedback from user testing etc.
