An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to join a leading digital consultancy delivering Discovery work across a high-profile public sector programme.
This role offers the chance to shape user-centred services from the very beginning, working within multidisciplinary teams to uncover user needs, influence design decisions and improve complex, data-driven services.

Responsibilities
- Shape user-centred services from the beginning
- Work within multidisciplinary teams
- Uncover user needs
- Influence design decisions
- Improve complex, data-driven services
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance
- Strong GDS experience
- Discovery & Alpha delivery
- Qualitative & quantitative research
- User interviews, journey mapping and personas
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and storytelling skills
- Skilled in Service Design will be highly desirable and prioritised
