User Services Analyst
Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with 1 in 6 weeks on call Salary: up to £26,000 (Dependant on level of experience)

As a User Services Analyst, you’ll manage and support our IT devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experiences. Your role will include: Handling service desk tickets, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely updates while using feedback to improve service quality Maintaining documentation, troubleshoot problems, and manage the lifecycle of devices, including upgrades and relocations Contributing to key projects, plan for technology changes, and support tasks like LAN patching and asset transitions

About you We’re seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our team. Ideally, you’ll bring: Service Desk Background: Previous experience in a service desk or device analyst role, supporting diverse user needs Device Management Expertise: Ideally hands-on experience with tools such as Lansweeper, PDQ Deploy, WSUS, and SCCM Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, and commonly used productivity applications Networking and Security Skills: Advantageous if you have a familiarity with networking concepts, remote access solutions like Cisco VPN, and robust security practices
