As we continue to grow, we are looking for a qualified Bulk Analyst to join our laboratory team.

Job Details
As our Business Support Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the Sales Department and helping the wider business operate efficiently. You will assist with customer enquiries, maintain business systems, support tender submissions, and help ensure important business processes run smoothly.

What you will do
- Log and manage customer enquiries, responding promptly and directing queries appropriately.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and provide professional support to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records within HubSpot.
- Support tender and bid administration, including supplier questionnaires and PSQs.
- Identify suitable tender opportunities and assist with maintaining business accreditations.
- Liaise across departments and provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
Who you are
- Proven experience working within a B2B or similar professional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
