Do you want to join one of the UK's largest US/UK cross-border tax teams, working on sophisticated international tax matters while building your career within a globally recognised Big 4 firm?

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their market-leading US/UK Cross-Border Tax team in London. You'll advise High Net Worth individuals, entrepreneurs, partnerships, trusts, and estates on complex international tax matters while working alongside some of the UK's leading cross-border tax specialists.

Role Overview: As a Tax Manager, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients with complex US and UK tax affairs while delivering exceptional client service across compliance and advisory engagements.

This role offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, develop your leadership skills, and build your career within one of the UK's largest US/UK Cross-Border Tax teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Review complex US and UK tax returns and oversee the end-to-end compliance process.
  • Lead sophisticated compliance and advisory engagements for private clients with cross-border tax affairs.
  • Collaborate with specialists across estate, gift, inheritance, and corporate tax matters.
  • Manage engagement delivery and billing.
  • Coach and develop junior team members.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client service and support the continued success of the practice.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and risk management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience operating at Manager level within professional services.
  • Strong technical expertise across US and UK private client taxation.
  • Experience advising High Net Worth individuals, entrepreneurs, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing compliance engagements.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop junior team members.
  • ATT qualification with US tax certification (EA or CPA); CTA desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary: £60,000–£80,000
