Role Description

As a UW Partner in this part-time, self-employment, commission-based role, you will promote Utility Warehouse’s bundled services to potential customers, primarily through online communication, social media, and personal networks. You will explain the benefits of UW’s services, answer questions, and assist customers in signing up and switching from existing providers. Day-to-day tasks include:

You will participate in online training, stay informed about product updates and promotions, and collaborate with other partners to share effective approaches. The role offers flexibility in working hours and is well-suited for individuals seeking additional income alongside other professional or personal commitments.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain services clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Basic sales, customer service, or account management experience, including comfort with outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.
  • Competence using digital tools and social media platforms to connect with potential customers and manage online outreach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized while working remotely.
  • Motivation to learn and apply new information about Utility Warehouse products, tariffs, and promotions.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone for remote work and online training.
  • Prior experience in utilities, telecom, or financial services is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
  • Eligibility to work in the relevant country and willingness to follow all compliance and ethical guidelines set by Utility Warehouse.
