UX Analyst
UX Analyst
Location: Currys London Campus at Waterloo Type: Permanent, Full Time Grade: 3

Currys is the UK’s number one omnichannel electrical retailer, on a mission to create the best Connected Customer experience. As part of our eCommerce team, you'll help us better understand how customers interact with our digital experiences, using data and insight to drive improvements across our websites and digital products. Working closely with UX Designers, Product Owners and Optimisation teams, you'll play a key role in shaping customer experiences and influencing business decisions through actionable insights.
Role Overview
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Analysing customer behaviour across our digital channels to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Producing insights, reports, and dashboards that help shape product, design, and optimisation decisions.
- Supporting experimentation and A/B testing programmes, helping measure the impact of changes on customer experience and commercial performance.
- Working closely with UX, Product, and Ecommerce teams to understand customer needs and prioritise improvements.
- Monitoring digital performance, identifying issues and opportunities, and helping drive continuous optimisation across our customer journeys.
- Supporting the development of self-service reporting and the use of AI-powered tools to improve insight generation and team efficiency.

Requirements
Must Have:
Experience in digital analytics, UX research, customer insight, or eCommerce analytics. Strong hands-on experience with Contentsquare or a similar digital experience analytics platform. Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to a range of stakeholders. A collaborative approach and passion for improving digital customer experiences.

Experience of A/B testing and experimentation. Familiarity with user testing and UX research methods. Retail or eCommerce experience. Experience using AI tools to support analysis and reporting.
