Salary: London - £72,702 - £80,780 Bristol or Leeds - £61,344 - £68,160
Locations: London, Bristol or Leeds Type: Full-time, Hybrid (minimum two days in office per week)

About the Role
We’re seeking a collaborative and confident UX Designer to join our design team. Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting designs to stakeholders and refining work based on feedback from user research and usability testing
- End-to-end user experience (UX) design, ensuring cohesive journeys step-by-step
- Prototype designs using tools like Figma
- Balance business requirements with user needs, gathering research to advocate for customer-centric solutions
- Work within technical constraints while championing excellent end-user experiences
- Champion inclusivity across designs—ensuring accessibility for diverse user audiences
Key Responsibilities
As a UX Designer, you’ll:
- Craft the user journey, using a central design system to balance content and UI elements
- Create prototypes for stakeholder validation and developer handoff
- Align stakeholders on user needs via informed insights and intervention where necessary
- Navigate technical constraints across platforms while guiding toward optimal outcomes
- Prioritise inclusive and accessible design for broader user accessibility

Requirements
We seek candidates with:
- Proven experience in User Experience Design or Interaction Design (or a relevant visual design background)
- Experience building interaction design projects end-to-end
- Strong prototyping skills and clear articulation for both stakeholders and developers
- Design system fluency, with enthusiasm to improve and extend these for broader use
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research and apply it to design direction
- Preferably, experience in financial services to navigate complex landscapes
- Collaborative mindset to thrive in multi-disciplinary teams
- Unwavering commitment by following designs through to execution, including accessibility advocacy
