Senior UX Designer – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
End Date: Wednesday 15 July 2026 London Salary Range: £72,702 - £80,780 Bristol or Leeds Salary Range: £61,344 - £68,160 Locations: London, Bristol or Leeds Hours: Full-time Working Pattern: Hybrid (at least two days per week/40% office attendance)

About the Role
We are seeking a collaborative, creative and adaptable Senior UX Designer to take full ownership of design deliverables in our team. This role focuses on crafting inclusive, user-centric experiences across digital platforms, blending technical awareness with user advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
As the ** Senior UX Designer**, your core functions will include:
- End-to-end UX Leadership: Define and refine seamless user journeys, using the central design system to strike an optimal balance between content, UX, and UI elements.
- Prototyping & Design Delivery: Leverage tools like Figma to create functional mockups and prototypes that align with business scale and technical constraints.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Gather and interpret user research and quantitative/qualitative data, collaborating with stakeholders to advocate for customer-centric decisions.
- Collaborative Flexibility: Work across multi-disciplinary teams and technology teams to ensure designs are realistic, feasible, and broadly accessible.
- Inclusivity Advocate: Champion practices that leverage accessibility principles, ensuring designs cater to diverse user demographics.
- Design Innovation: Proactively enhance design systems, reducing redundancies and fostering cohesive design language.
- User JourneyElaboration: Crosnteam collaboration to ensure designs are implemented effectively, integrating feedback and user trends while maintaining speculative adaptability.

Who You Are
We are looking for a UX/Interaction Designer with:
- Demonstrable UX/Interaction Design expertise (or Visual Design background)
- Deep expertise in prototyping and design layout communication (Versatile in software like Figma)
- Experience in Financial Services (preferred, but interpretable adaptability in competitive environments)
- Commitment to Inclusive Design — fluent in accessibility standards and user diversity approaches
- Collaborative & Translational Leadership: Thriving across multiple teams and perspective blending
- Problem-Solving Orientation: Technical intuition to evaluate solutions, trade-offs, and feedback realisability at scale
You will lead tasks through to delivery stage, creating collaboration with developers and combining UX precision and inclusive logic.
