About The Role

As a UX Designer, you'll play a vital role in our expanding UX Design team, contributing to innovative and high-profile digital travel products and services across web, mobile, and internal platforms.

Using your expertise in User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and User Interface Design, you will help identify customer needs, uncover opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Working closely with the Product Design Manager, Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders, you will contribute to the design and continuous improvement of travel products, booking journeys, adviser tools, and internal platforms, ensuring solutions are informed by customer needs, business objectives, and data-driven insights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
