UX Designer | Global Events & Communities

📍 London (Hybrid) 3 days per week onsite | 💼 5 Month FTC (potential to extend) | 💰 £45-£65,000pa

We're partnering with a leading organisation in the global B2B events space, looking for a UX Designer to shape and own the end-to-end delegate, exhibitor, and internal customer experience across a complex digital ecosystem — spanning registration, event apps, websites, onsite technologies, and internal platforms.

The Opportunity

You'll join a business that powers hundreds of market-leading events and brands across multiple industry sectors, working at the heart of a fast-paced, human-centred product environment. This is a rare chance to design a truly end-to-end journey — from first touchpoint through to post-event engagement — for audiences who span delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, and internal teams.

The digital ecosystem is complex and multi-platform, but there is real scope to:

  • Bring cohesion and consistency to fragmented touchpoints
  • Simplify registration flows and improve conversion
  • Introduce stronger personalisation across different audience groups
  • Shape the evolution of design systems and UX standards at scale

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
