Talent Needed: UX Designer at HRtechX
Are you passionate about design with a drive to create impactful, connected brands? HRtechX is actively looking for a talented UX Designer to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the design and creative output, working closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality work. Your remit includes developing everything from banner ads, social media posts, email designs (EDMs), illustrations, and animations. The key focus? Ensuring brand consistency across every channel.
Expectations & Responsibilities
Core Skills & Experience
You’ll bring:
- Full command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Premier Pro, and After Effects).
- A curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques, while sharing your expertise with the team.
- Strong visual, interactive, and graphic design skills to tackle a range of design projects.
- A conceptual mindset — creative problem-solving tailored to project briefs.
- Ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects as needed.
- Passion for design innovation, from typography and branding to user experience.

What This Means For You
The Role
A full-time, onsite position (Monday–Friday) based at our Buckingham Gate offices.
This unique role is built on speed and collaboration — to fulfill HRtechX’s mission of creating market-leading, unmatched events throughout the year.
Your assignment isn’t just about processes or tools. It’s about shaping how media interacts in the modern world—blending pattern, tech, and business skills—and making an immediate impact. Onsite collaboration is critical, so ability to work full-paparim speed documents under successive deadlines is essential.
