Create meaningful digital experiences that make an impact

A leading digital intelligence and technology organisation is seeking a talented UX Designer to join its growing Digital Experience team in London.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact digital products and services, helping organisations solve challenging problems through user-centred design, research, and innovation.

The Role

As a UX Designer, you will champion user needs and apply user-centred design principles throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery and research to design, delivery, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, researchers, developers, product specialists, and stakeholders, to create accessible, intuitive, and effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours
  • Translating research findings into practical design recommendations and improvements
  • Creating user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and information architectures
  • Designing engaging user interfaces and interaction experiences
  • Developing visual concepts, design artefacts, and UI solutions
  • Communicating design decisions and research insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Supporting agile delivery teams and promoting user-centred design practices
  • Identifying emerging digital trends and opportunities to improve products and services

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
