About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of Baller League. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or event promotion is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Genuine interest in sports and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Baller League’s brand and initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and respond to community inquiries.
- Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and community organizations to facilitate promotional activities and events.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Organize and support events, tournaments, and community outreach programs to enhance brand presence.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative marketing techniques to stay ahead of competitors.
- Assist in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
