About The Role
The Senior Product Designer role at Innova Recruitment Limited offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer to take ownership of the visual and systemic aspects of product development within a dynamic, product-led organization. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product or Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, UI/UX design, and visual branding.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for digital products.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the company's design system, ensuring it remains scalable, consistent, and aligned with evolving product needs.
- Define and evolve the visual language of the organization, establishing a cohesive aesthetic and brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to translate validated research and ideas into polished, user-friendly interfaces.
- Design scalable components and templates that can be reused across various products and platforms.
- Mentor and support other designers within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Participate in discovery and research activities to understand user needs and incorporate insights into design solutions.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are integrated into all design processes and deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality of work.
