UX Designer
Length: 3 Months
Location: Hybrid | London Blackfriars OR Abingdon - 3 days a week
IR35 Status: Outside

We're looking for a talented UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered digital products used by a global audience. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Data teams to uncover user needs, solve complex problems, and create seamless digital experiences.

What you'll do:
- Lead UX activities from discovery through to delivery.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
- Turn customer insights and data into meaningful design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver great user experiences.
- Champion user-centred design across the product lifecycle.

- Proven experience designing digital products and services.
- Strong UX research and usability testing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive experiences.
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
