About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Iopa Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions on time and within scope. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with web frameworks, databases, and cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement software applications based on client requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications, providing ongoing support and enhancements.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
  • Assist in the estimation of project timelines and resource planning.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user manuals for deployed applications.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
