What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with designers and developers to translate design intent into production-ready code.
  • Build high-fidelity prototypes and front-end UI components that are performant and accessible.
  • Establish best practices for design-to-development workflows, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Conduct QA checks and code reviews to uphold our design system standards.
  • Support testing and iteration of prototypes based on user feedback.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks).
  • Experience building UI components and working with design systems.
  • A solid understanding of User Centred Design (UCD) and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and validate build quality against design intent.

  • Experience owning or scaling a design system or component library.
  • Interest in AI, automation, or design system integration.
