Fully remote role with quarterly visits to the Kent office in Maidstone or London, plus occasional client travel. Occasional in-office work in Leamington Spa or Maidstone.

The Role
You’ll wear multiple hats as our UX Researcher & Strategist, combining research, analysis, and strategy—with the flexibility to grow and explore.
Who We’re Looking For
We encourage passionate, curious minds who seek to understand human behaviour through digital design. Experience in user research, UX, and accessibility is ideal, but we welcome those looking to expand or pivot their skills—especially if intrigued by copywriting and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Insight
- Define and execute research programmes (qualitative, quantitative, and behavioural) tailored to business questions.
- Lead user interviews, usability testing, and survey ideas fueled by real-world behaviour.
- Transform findings into synthesised reports, personas, journey maps, and product roadmaps.
- Present insights to seniors and clients, making the business case clear.

UX Strategy
- Craft personas, service design, and UX strategies aligned with our clients’ brands.
- Work closely with project teams to validate ideas via testing sprints.
- Align user insights with business goals, translating “how” and “why” into actionable decisions.
Collaboration
- Build trust across teams, from creatives and developers to project management.
- Facilitate clear communication of research findings via data storytelling.

The Perks
Compensation: £35k–£45k (depending on experience). Work Style:
- Fully remote with periodic in-person meetings.
- Flexible hours and an option for a 4-day workweek. Rewards:
