Who we are:
Once For All is a high growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business, providing governance, risk management and compliance services to over 4,000 public and private sector clients and over 60,000 customers across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.
We manage the qualification, onboarding and audit requirements of individuals, companies, and industry bodies. We provide real-time monitoring and verification of critical data points across all work categories, tenders, and projects. We enable Buyers to access at the touch of a button, data analytics across their entire supply chain in areas such as validity and expiration of specific licenses, qualifications and certificates, accuracy of financial health, insurance levels and exclusions, CSR, infosec and environmental policies and up-to-date health and safety reports.
About the Role:
As UX Researcher, you will join our UX Team, within Product Design and be a fundamental part of the growth of our cloud based SaaS platform.

As a UX researcher, you'll need to:
- Conduct primary and secondary user research.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
- Perform market and ethnographic research.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Be involved in sketching, prototyping with the UX/UI and Engineering teams.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
- Perform usability studies with internal and external users.
- Ask questions, gather, and analyse data.
- Use a diverse set of UX research tools.
What you will need:
- 3 or more years of UX research experience.
- Ability to share research results quickly and effectively.
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration.
- Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions.
- Experience with remote testing tools.
- Experience using Figma and other prototyping and design tools.
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time-management skills and self-management.
- Experience in B2B SaaS products.
- Be willing to occasionally travel to London, Spain & France.
