Are you passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences that make a genuine difference to people's lives?

We're partnering with a well-established, purpose-led organisation that is investing heavily in its digital product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced UX/UI Lead to shape the future of customer-facing web and mobile products, influence product strategy, and lead design excellence across the business.

The Opportunity

As UX/UI Lead, you'll own the end-to-end design process, from user research and discovery through to beautifully crafted interfaces and scalable design systems. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you'll ensure every digital experience is user-centred, accessible, and commercially effective.

You'll also play a key leadership role, helping to shape product direction, champion best practice, and mentor a small design function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
