Description

The Amazon Ads Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about creating engaging, user-centered digital experiences for some of the world's most innovative brands.

In this role, you will design and build interactive web experiences that support advertising campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives across Amazon-owned and operated surfaces. You will work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Design Technologists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Account Teams to transform concepts into compelling customer experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX fundamentals with hands-on experience using no-code/low-code web development tools such as Webflow, and possesses a foundational understanding of front-end technologies and basic web development.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build and maintain interactive web pages, templates and components using Webflow.
  • Contribute to UX best practices, design systems, and process improvements across the team.
  • Translate wireframes, user flows, and visual designs into responsive digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer journeys and optimize performances and engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve user experience and campaign performance.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create wireframes, information architecture, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to generate actionable UX recommendations.
  • Ensure experiences meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
  • Present design rationale and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A day in the life

This role is suitable for a UX Designer who is also an expert Webflow builder. Around 70% of the role will focus on building and delivering campaign web experiences in Webflow, working closely with Art Directors, Visual Designers, Creative Directors, and Design Technologists to turn creative concepts into polished, responsive, interactive pages for the biggest brands in the world.

The remaining time will be dedicated to proactively improving how the team builds at scale: creating reusable Webflow templates, components, and interaction patterns; supporting scalable design systems; and running A/B testing and user testing on repeatable solutions to make them more robust, usable, accessible and performant.

The ideal candidate is a maker, a Webflow power user, and a curious problem-solver who enjoys pushing no-code/low-code tools to create high-quality digital experiences quickly and reliably.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Associate's degree
  • Experience designing and executing online customer experiences

  • Expert Webflow builder, better if certified.
  • Proficiency with Webflow for building and maintaining responsive websites and interactive experiences.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS and responsive design principles.
