About Incline Gaming Marketing
Incline Gaming Marketing is a performance-driven creative and marketing partner specializing in high-impact digital experiences across gaming and betting. We combine strategy, design, and technology to build premium, conversion-focused products and campaigns.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can architect and design best-in-class digital experiences. This role blends interaction design, visual craft, and system-level thinking to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually refined interfaces across product, web, and digital platforms.
You’ll own the full design lifecycle—from UX flows to high-fidelity UI and design systems—while collaborating closely with creative, product, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design (Primary)
- Design high-fidelity interfaces that balance brand expression and usability
- Own end-to-end UX flows: wireframes, journey mapping, prototyping, and testing
- Build and maintain scalable design systems (Figma, atomic design)
- Deliver engineering-ready specs with clear documentation and components
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and execution quality

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
