Position: UX/UI Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $15 - $85/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, usability principles, and brand guidelines.
  • Iterate on designs based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, especially in AI-driven products.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
