Position: UX/UI Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $15 - $85/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, usability principles, and brand guidelines.
- Iterate on designs based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, especially in AI-driven products.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- Strong experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
