UX/UI Designer
About Us
Base360.ai is the AI operating system for B2C brands, a platform enabling operators to run their entire business on autopilot. Born from a fast-growing short-term rental operator that scaled to an 8-figure portfolio using proprietary software, Base360.ai is now launching as a standalone product to power the next generation of consumer-driven businesses.
We’re expanding globally and seek a world-class UX/UI Designer to help create intuitive, beautiful, and high-converting experiences across our product, marketing site, and every customer touchpoint.
Role Overview
As the UX/UI Designer, you’ll translate complex business workflows into delightful, high-impact user experiences, working closely with the CEO, product managers, and engineers. - Design core product features, including intuitive dashboards, workflows, and integrations
- Build high-converting, conversion-focused marketing assets, including landing pages, product pages, and demo flows
- Define and maintain our design system for speed and consistency
- Gather user feedback and iterate rapidly based on testing
- Shape the Base360.ai brand as we scale

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
