We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to help create intuitive, scalable, and high-quality product experiences across Reward’s platforms.

Reporting to the Global Brand Director, you'll work closely with our UI Designer, Product Managers, Engineers and Data teams to shape both how our products work and how they look. You'll combine user insight, behavioural data and commercial objectives to design experiences that are intuitive, accessible and visually polished.

Reward's platform is built on a modular architecture, enabling us to deliver tailored experiences for multiple banking partners while maintaining a scalable core product. You'll play a key role in evolving both the user experience and interface design of this platform, ensuring every product is easy to use, visually consistent and commercially effective.

Alongside our core banking products, you'll contribute to UX and UI across our wider digital ecosystem, including customer dashboards, data products, CRM journeys, our corporate website and internal tools, helping to ensure every touchpoint reflects a consistent, user-centred experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing product thinking, interaction design and visual design, and who thrives working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design across web and mobile digital products.
  • Experience designing complex digital products from discovery through to delivery.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centred design, interaction design and information architecture.
  • Strong visual and interface design skills with an excellent eye for layout, typography and hierarchy.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma.
  • Experience working with design systems and scalable component libraries.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practice.
  • Experience translating business requirements, user research and behavioural insight into intuitive product experiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Product, Engineering and Data teams in agile environments.
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools to enhance research, ideation, content generation and design workflows.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
