Base360.ai is the AI operating system for B2C brands, a platform that lets operators run their entire business on autopilot. Born from a fast-growing short-term rental operator that scaled to an 8-figure portfolio on its software, Base360.ai is now launching as a standalone product to power the next generation of consumer brands.
We are growing globally and seeking a world-class UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, beautiful, and high-converting product and marketing experiences.
Role Overview
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll create sophisticated solutions that transform complex workflows into delightful user interactions. You’ll work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to design features that address pressing challenges for B2C brands, ensuring outstanding functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma.
- Develop conversion-focused landing pages for product launches and campaigns.
- Maintain system consistency across all product modules and external touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementations.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments for iterative improvement.
- Help define and expand our design system and component library.
- Guide branding initiatives for Base360.ai as the platform grows.
