UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer

(Up to £50,000 + £4,000 bonus (split quarterly)) 📍 Home-based with one day per month in London (optional to attend more)

Company & Role Overview This mid-level product design role sits within the CTO Office of a global IT managed services provider, focusing on building an in-house suite of digital products. It is a true product design role—not agency-style delivery—with a core focus on shaping intuitive, accessible, and visually strong user experiences across platforms.

The role integrates within a software function of ~30 people, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user and business needs into practically feasible, consistent, and technically achievable design solutions. Figma is the primary tool, particularly for AI-driven design work, transforming early-stage concepts and prototypes (generated via tools like Lovable and Figma Make) into production-ready designs.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Flexible remote setup with minimal in-office requirement (just one day/month in London).
  • Design real, scalable products—not repetitive client work.
  • Shape Figma’s use for AI-driven design within a modern product team.
  • Raise visual standards across platforms (not just standard design tickets).
  • Join a well-structured yet impactful software team (~30 people)—large enough for collaboration, small enough to see tangible outcomes.
  • Positioned within the CTO Office, offering high-level influence on design’s role in product direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
