In a fast-paced world, people and organizations are constantly pressured to accelerate through major shifts, yet many fail because they never pause long enough to understand what these transitions actually require of them. This relentless drive to move faster neglects the deeply human process of making meaning out of experiences, leading to frustration, misalignment, and burnout. Furthermore, high-quality, psychologically grounded personal development opportunities are rarely accessible to unseen or undervalued populations, such as marginalized women in under-resourced communities. Without supportive frameworks to navigate life transitions, individuals lack the tools to bridge the gap between sudden change and long-term, sustainable growth.
Think Curious addresses this systemic rush by introducing "The Curious Transition©"—a movement that honors the essential human space between initial change and true transformation. Drawing on two decades of clinical and organizational experience, we have developed behavioral assessment tools and specialized programs rooted in the psychology of creativity to help people slow down and unlock creative breakthroughs. Through strategic partnerships, such as our work with the Nabia Foundation in South Africa, we deliver these empowering frameworks to underserved women, helping them build meaningful, self-directed lives. As we scale beyond our traditional referral network to the global stage, Think Curious is building the vital psychological infrastructure needed to turn overwhelming transitions into purposeful evolution.

Role (Volunteer, unpaid): UX/UI Designer
Role Description
We're looking for someone to help transform ideas, research, and behavioral insights into an intuitive digital product experience. Much of the behavioral science already exists. The assessments have been used with hundreds of leaders and organizations, and we're now transforming them into an intuitive digital experience.
Rather than designing an app from a detailed specification, you'll work alongside the founder to explore how complex human challenges can become simple, engaging digital experiences.
This is an opportunity to help shape a product from the ground up and contribute to something designed to make change feel more human.

What You'll Do
- Help shape the overall user experience
- Map user journeys and product flows
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes

We're Looking For Someone Who
You don't need to tick every box. We're looking for curiosity, creativity, and someone who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful digital experiences.
Ideally you'll have experience in:
- UX/UI or Product Design
- User Research and Journey Mapping
- Wireframing and Prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
- Mobile or Web App Design
- Human-Centred Design
- Design Systems and Information Architecture
- Accessibility and Inclusive Design
- AI product experiences (a bonus)
