About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Vacation Experience Coach passionate about crafting memorable getaways and delivering exceptional client care. This role involves guiding clients from inspiration through booking, all the way to post-trip support.
Ideal candidates enjoy helping others create unforgettable experiences while benefiting from remote flexibility and the freedom to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their vacuation goals, preferences, and budgets.
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and experiences tailored to client needs.
- Design bespoke itineraries that prioritise value, comfort, and enjoyment.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, payments, and schedule changes via approved systems.
- Maintain accurate client records and adhere to established workflows.
- Provide timely updates, reminders, and support prior to, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated with supplier trainings, promotions, and destination updates.
- Offers a high-touch, concierge-level service to elevate the client experience.
- Participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and professional development.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, online booking systems, social platforms).
- Comfort with learning new software and booking platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and manage their own schedule.
- A customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to complete supplier certifications and continuous training.
