Valeter - Stevenage
Vehicle Valeter (Driver) - Multiple Positions Available
About the Role
We are excited to announce an opening within the Valeter Team at The Assured Group. The Assured Group acts as the preferred outsourced Vehicle Cleaner / Driver supplier for our client in Stevenage. We are now recruiting for multiple Vehicle Valeters, with opportunities inclusive of on-site valet duties and driving responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Valeter (Driver), you will primarily operate on-site while occasionally driving vehicles. Your key tasks include:
Main Duties:
- Valet, clean, and meticulously detail the interior and exterior of vehicles to a high standard.
- Deliver and collect various vehicles in accordance with your licence category entitlement.
- Complete necessary handover paperwork accurately and comprehensively.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon delivery and collection, noting damage, defects, and faults.
- Agree upon findings with customers and sign off the inspection reports.
- Adhere to and promote health and safety protocols and policies.
- Ensure exceptionally high customer service, as valueters are often the first and last points of customer contact.

Role Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence for at least 1 year, with no more than 6 points.
- Training will be provided, though experience is preferred.
