Vehicle Valeter – On-Site & Driving Role
About the Role
We are recruiting for multiple Vehicle Valeter positions on behalf of The Assured Group. This role involves primarily on-site valet work, with additional driving responsibilities to support our client’s preferred outsourced Vehicle Cleaner/Driver supplier service.
As the first and final point of customer contact, this role requires delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards in vehicle cleanliness and logistics.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Vehicle Cleaning & Detailing:
- Valet, clean, and detail both interior and exterior of vehicles to the highest standard
- Ensure finishes meet customer expectations

Driving Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect vehicles in line with category permit/licence entitlements

Logistics & Compliance:
- Complete accuracy checks on all order paperwork
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon delivery/collection, recording damage, defects, and faults
- Gain customer sign-off for reported issues

Safety & Conduct:
- Uphold and promote health and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- Full UK driving licence (held for 1+ years)
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence
- Previous experience is preferred, but full training will be provided
