Fleet Service Team Assistant – Customer First Contact Role – 0 Hours Contract (Ending October 2026)
Location: (Insert location as per job board specifics) Contract: Fixed-term (0 hours), running from current date until end of October 2026 Average Working Hours: ~40 hours/week (5 days/week)

In this role, you’ll work outdoors in car parks, welcome arrivals, assist with returns, and ensure that every service interaction is premium, seamless, and friendly.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You will be responsible for maintaining SIXT’s high standards of operational excellence and customer service. Key responsibilities include:

Vehicle Preparation & Maintenance:
- Prepare, clean, and valet all vehicles to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure vehicles are presentable and ready for collection at all times

Customer Handover Support:
- Complete all necessary handover paperwork with precision to facilitate smooth transitions
- Guarantee accuracy in records for rentals, returns, and reservations

Vehicle Logistics & Inspections:
- Orchestrate timely deliveries and collections between branches
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections for damage, cleanliness, or faults during handover
- Report any issues via documentation and check customer approval/sign-offs
- Confirm and notify the Branch Manager of any customer disputes or query conditions

- Replenishment & Operations:
- Assist with refueling/recharging vehicles to ensure branch operations run smoothly
- Represent the SIXT premium brand through approachable yet professional interactions
YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Minimum Requirements: ✅ A valid driving licence (minimum 12 months’ driving experience)
