Fleet Service Centre Agent – Fixed Term Contract (until October 2026)
About the Role
Do you love delivering exceptional customer experiences? At SIXT, we’re offering the perfect opportunity to thrive in our Friendly Fleet Service Team! You’ll be the first and last point of contact for our customers, working outdoors in car parks, welcoming arrivals, and assisting with returns—all while upholding our premium service standards.
Contracts: This is a 40-hour-per-week fixed-term role, running until the end of October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that every customer interaction and vehicle process meets SIXT’s high standards:
- Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a flawless standard for customers
- Complete handover paperwork accurately to enable seamless transitions between customers and branches
- Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between locations, guaranteeing punctual and efficient service
- Inspect vehicles for damage during collections and returns, report issues, and complete all necessary documentation
- Confirm any vehicle damage with customers, ensuring they sign relevant documents and inform the Branch Manager
- Assist with refuelling vehicles, while consistently representing the premium SIXT brand with an outstanding customer experience

Must-Have Skills & Attributes
Essential Competencies:
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work independently or collaboratively under pressure
- Attention to Detail: Has a keen eye for accuracy in paperwork, vehicle inspections, and service standards
- Communication: Excels in friendly, clear, and professional interactions—even with busy customers or team members
- Flexibility: Willing to work shift rotations to cover the breadth of branch operating hours and maintain continuous service
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driving licence with at least 12 months of driving experience
