Job Title: Validation/ Verification Engineer (V&V)
Location: Herefordshire
Salary: £45-75k (Depending on experience)
We are supporting an innovative engineering organisation delivering advanced technology solutions for highly sensitive programmes within the defence and aerospace sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Verification & Validation Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team working on the development of next-generation unmanned and autonomous systems.
This role will focus on ensuring complex systems perform in accordance with requirements through structured verification, validation and test activities. Working closely with systems, software and electronics teams, you will contribute across the development lifecycle, helping to define test strategies, execute test programmes and provide evidence to support system acceptance.

Key Experience:
- Verification & Validation (V&V) activities within complex engineering programmes
- Requirements-based testing and traceability
- Development of test plans, procedures and test reports
- System integration, test execution and defect investigation
- Experience with systems engineering principles and requirements management tools
- Knowledge of hardware, software or integrated system testing within regulated or safety-critical environments

Experience within defence, aerospace, autonomous systems, robotics or other complex technology environments would be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC). This is a fully on-site position based in Herefordshire.
