Job Opportunity: Commercial Valuation Surveyor
Bristol / South-West
Opportunity
We would like to hear from experienced valuation surveyors to work with our independent, nationwide firm of surveyors and structural engineers. This could be an in-house role or a consultancy position (based on a 50/50 fee split).
The Role
Headed up by Gary Thompson FRICS, our Commercial Valuations and Expert Witness team is expanding. We are looking for a registered valuer to join our dynamic team, valuing a diverse range of properties. Our in-house expert witness service is also exceptionally strong, and we can offer progression into expert witness work for the right person.
As an independent firm, we have the flexibility to design a package to meet your needs. Whether you want flexible working, the chance to try something different or even the opportunity to progress within the company, for the right person, we can make it work.
We have a fantastic multi-disciplined team of building surveyors and structural engineers spread across the country. The successful applicant will benefit from the diverse range of expertise within the team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality survey services.

- £55,000–£70,000, depending on experience
