Valuation Surveyor / Senior / Associate - World Leading Firm
A leading global real estate consultancy is looking to appoint a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate-level Valuation Surveyor to join its highly active loan security valuation team.
This role is focused on loan security valuation, working across predominantly commercial property assets with some exposure to residential. This is an opportunity to join one of the best brands in the industry, one that opens doors easily with a strong market presence, excellent client base and the platform to generate significant fee income. Importantly though, if you still like agile, boutique environments you will not lose that in this firm.
If you are an MRICS Valuation Surveyor specialising in lending / loan security valuations, and want to work in a high-performing environment where output directly impacts earnings, this will appeal.
This is a fast-paced valuation role with a consistent flow of instructions across commercial real estate assets, offering repeat work, strong exposure, and the ability to build fees quickly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
