Valuation Director | Commercial Property | London
Lead a Team. Shape a Business. Become the Number 2.
Package: Up to £100,000 + car allowance + bonus
We're exclusively supporting a leading commercial property consultancy in the appointment of a Valuation Director to join its London office.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity, offering the chance to become the Number 2 within the London Valuation business while leading an established team of six Commercial Valuation Surveyors.
Working closely with the Head of Valuation, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation advice, developing client relationships, and driving the continued growth of the London team.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of six Commercial Valuation Surveyors
- Delivering and overseeing valuation instructions across:
- Office
- Industrial
- Retail
- Mixed-use
- Development assets
- Acting for investors, lenders, developers, funds, and occupiers
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Supporting fee generation and business development initiatives
- Collaborating with the Head of Valuation on leadership, growth, and strategic direction of the London team
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of valuation professionals

About You
Ideal candidates will be:
- MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
- Currently operating at Director level, or an ambitious Associate Director ready to take on a leadership role
- Experienced in commercial valuations across a diverse property portfolio
- A confident people manager with experience leading and developing surveyors
- Commercially minded, with a passion for building client relationships and growing a successful team
