Valuation Surveyor, Surveyor to Associate level | Sheffield, Nottingham & Chesterfield
Up to £55,000 + Bonus | 100% Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time
We're recruiting two Valuation Surveyors to join a highly respected, specialist, family-run consultancy. Established for over 26 years, the business has a fantastic reputation within the healthcare property sector and offers genuine flexibility rarely found in the market.

The Role
Covering the Midlands you'll manage your own caseload, undertaking:
- Property inspections and Valuations
- Rent reviews
- Heads of Terms
- Lease negotiations
- Client liaison
About You
We're keen to speak with surveyors who have:
- 1+ years' valuation experience (ideally commercial)
- Property inspection experience
- Lease consultancy or lease negotiation experience (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- Up to £55,000 depending on experience
- Performance-related bonus and salary pension
- Business mileage reimbursement
- RICS subscription paid
