Procore Value Consultant
Procore is looking for a Value Consultant to join our Solutions Engineering team. You’ll partner with the Enterprise Sales Team, working with some of the largest companies in construction in Europe, helping our prospects to understand, measure, and optimise their potential Procore investment. You’ll introduce industry context and thought leadership, value drivers, and how Procore’s product can be transformative to our customers’ and prospects’ business. In our post-sales activities you will support our Customer Success team and customers conduct business reviews and assess value realisation to established account-led KPIs.
As a Value Consultant, you will retain a strong understanding of the construction industry and the forces that shape its project delivery needs. This will require developing a strong working knowledge of the industry, legislative, compliance and client requirements alongside the contract structures that drive construction projects. You will map trends to customer value drivers and create customised business cases and presentations to reduce the sales cycle, solidify opportunities, and close deals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
