About Circeus
Circeus is an AI-native holding company that acquires and scales mission-critical B2B software businesses globally. We serve more than 200,000 businesses across diverse verticals, focusing on high-retention, deeply embedded software.
Our model is to acquire high-quality SaaS companies and accelerate their performance through a centralised AI platform and proven operating playbooks. We focus on driving measurable revenue uplift, expanding margins and improving EBITDA through stronger go-to-market execution, pricing, automation and operational efficiency. We operate as long-term owners, continuously improving products and businesses through applied AI.
The Role
As a Value Creation Intern, you will work at the point where an acquisition becomes a high-performing portfolio company. Every deal we close needs to be integrated, transitioned and improved, and you will be hands-on across that entire journey.
You will support post-acquisition integrations, from migrating acquired companies onto our central HR and controlling systems to helping founders complete a clean handover. You will also work on the commercial and operational levers that drive value creation, including pricing, GTM optimisation, revenue synergies, cost efficiencies and EBITDA improvement.
You will work directly with our M&A and Value Creation teams, Managing Directors and the founders of the businesses we acquire. This role suits someone analytical and structured who wants to understand how businesses are actually operated, improved and scaled—not simply modelled.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Work with our central AI team to identify where automation can increase revenue, accelerate integration and reduce operating costs.
- Support the implementation and measurement of value creation initiatives, ensuring identified opportunities translate into tangible financial results.
