If you have approx. 1-2 years Estate Agency experience and want to be part of a supportive, ‘forward thinking’ team this could be the next step in your Property career?

The Role

As a Valuer, you are responsible for generating business, winning instructions, managing viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

You will guide clients from the first appointment through to offer acceptance, acting as a trusted advisor throughout all stages of the sales journey.

This role is performance-driven, client-facing, and heavily focused on conversion, negotiation, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into property listings
  • Actively generate new business through prospecting and follow-up
  • Create engaging social media content, including video and short-form reels
  • Maintain consistent communication with your client database
  • Manage your diary with discipline to maximise opportunities

Valuations & Winning Instructions

  • Conduct professional, accurate property valuations
  • Deliver confident, high-impact valuation presentations
  • Win instructions through expertise, trust, and presence
  • Continuously refine and improve your pitch and performance

Viewings, Buyers & Negotiation

  • Conduct property viewings with professionalism and confidence
  • Qualify buyers and understand their motivations
  • Maintain strong communication with buyers and sellers
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for clients’
  • Present offers clearly and manage expectations
  • Assist with on-boarding new clients after instruction
  • Ensure all team members are fully up-to-speed with all new instructions
  • Maintain regular client contact from appointment to offer acceptance
  • Deliver an exceptional ‘client experience’ at all times.

About You

  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence pitching
  • 1-2 years’ Estate Agency experience
  • Positive energy, discipline, and self-motivation
  • Clear and Concise communication – both written & verbal
  • Resilience under pressure and hungry for success
  • ‘Super’ organised & ‘eye’ for detail
  • Excellent Time Management
  • IT proficient
  • Genuine passion for all things ‘Property & People’
