Qualification Requirements
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- University degree
- Certificate as valuer issued under the Law of the Independent Valuers
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years as a valuer
- Intermediate knowledge of English language, excellent knowledge is a plus
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office
Other Requirements
- Driving license is an advantage
- Ability to work as a team player
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- High level of attention to detail

Basic Responsibilities
- Valuations of assets, by complying with the necessary standards
- Feasibility studies of projects
- Market research of various segments of the real estate market
- Presentation of projects for the needs of customers of the management of the Company
- Undertakes other duties as may reasonably be required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility for this job
- Maintains professional development to meet the changing demands of the job
