Senior Medical Waste Driver – Healthcare & Safety Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Safely collect, deliver, and store containers and sharps at customer locations
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships
- Operate vehicles professionally and safely, adhering to traffic laws and company protocols
- Meet delivery schedules and communicate any delays, roadblocks, or changes promptly
- Load and unload containers efficiently, including lifting heavy objects
- Manage assigned routes as directed to ensure timely, efficient service
- Comply with transport regulations, log hours, and pass roadside inspections
- Expected to perform physical tasks, including regular manual handling

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a full UK driving licence (with a good record)
- Be flexible, proactive, and customer-centric with a can-do attitude
- Have experience operating vehicles safely, including manual handling
- Understand the importance of on-time deliveries and the essential nature of our role in healthcare
