Van Driver
Van Driver – AM Shift (Hemel Hempstead)

About the Role
We are looking for a number of Van Drivers to support our operations based out of our Hemel Hempstead Regional Service Centre.
Base salary: £13.35 per hour plus 11% London weighting (totaling £27,000). We also offer:
- Weekly overtime at x1.5 over 45 hours
- Van Driver bonus scheme
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be a crucial part of our critical distribution operation, ensuring goods transport across the following:
- Transporting stock to our Distribution centres, 3rd party suppliers, and retail stores
- Upholding a "Safety First" philosophy to safeguard yourself, the public, and your colleagues
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and maintaining a clean, tidy vehicle
- Working shifts operating on a 5 days out of 7 schedule (including weekends), starting between 05:00 am and 08:00 am (~35 hours per week)
About You
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong team ethic and customer service skills
- Accountability and responsibility for your vehicle and the van load
- Driver’s license with a maximum of 6 points & no disqualifications
- Computer literate

Training & Support
Successful applicants will receive:
- 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC)
- Alignment with a Manager for ongoing support outside training
- Ongoing assistance from the DDC
