Newstaff Employment Services is currently hiring a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods, while maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to road safety.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company van to deliver orders to various locations efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Coordinate with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery details.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Requirements
- Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a van driver preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and navigation skills.
- Ability to handle loading and unloading tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Additional Information
- Monday to Friday shifts
- £13.50 per hour for all hours worked.
- The start time may vary, so flexibility is required.
